I am a sole practitioner specializing in residential architecture. My primary area of practice is designing unique, one-of-a-kind custom homes. I also do remodels and room additions. If it has to do with wood frame construction, I probably have done it.
I have owned my business for 15 years and have designed homes all over Austin, Lake Travis, and the hill country. My design philosophy can be summed up by the following:

CLIENT CARE:
As an architect, I am your advocate. I will do my best to listen to you and to guide you toward a solution that not only meets your needs, but does so in a creative and beautiful way. I will look out for your interests both during design and construction.

GREEN BUILDING:
I believe that houses should fit with their sites, be energy efficient, and not waste resources. I am registered with the Austin Green Builder program and practice “green” techniques in all my projects.

WELL-CRAFTED DESIGN:
I believe architecture should do more than meet basic needs. It should be expressive and inspiring, celebrating the art of construction. It should incorporate the basic tenets of light, proportion, balance and scale.
