The roots of Studio8 run deep in the Austin area as a majority of its key individuals have a long history practicing in Central Texas since the mid-eighties, providing them with a keen understanding of the Austin business market, community and earning them recognition from the American Institute of Architects and International Interior Design Association. Known for their personal and committed level of service they provide to each of their clients, Studio8 has built strong relationships through community driven projects such as the YMCA North Austin Community Recreation Center, Seton Healthcare Family Admin. Offices, People’s Community Clinic, Central Texas Food Bank, Austin Community College Rio Grande Campus, and the Trail Foundation Johnson Creek Restrooms. Beyond these local, public projects, Studio8 offers expertise in corporate offices and high tech projects including Microsoft PacWest, Riata Vista U.S. Operations Center, HID Global World Headquarters, Rackspace Headquarters, Texas Mutual Insurance Company Headquarters and Luminex. Other major markets include community centers, charter and private schools, higher education, life science/R&D and distribution/manufacturing space. Studio8 is the first company in the state of Texas to receive a JUST label from the International Living Future Institute.
