Roxanne Varzi

Roxanne Varzi is a writer, artist, filmmaker, playwright and professor of Anthropology at the University of California-Irvine. She held the first Fulbright in Iran since the Revolution and is the author of Warring Souls: Media, Martyrdom and Youth in Post-Revolution Iran and Last Scene Underground: An Ethnographic Novel of Iran.
