    1.     Fire Alarm System and Fire Sprinkler System Submittal Checklists
                    a.   Current version is maintained on the AFD Website
                    b.  Checklists are now required for these plan review submittals (eff. 7/1/13)

    2.     Issue Related to New Duct Smoke Detectors, removal of cover cannot
            deactivate the device.

    3.     AFD’s desire to reduce the number of re-inspections, AFD’s re-inspection
            protocols and the need for ensure that systems are pre-tested.

    4.     Phased COs and TCOs and Phasing Plans for Large Projects
