CodeNEXT arrives at City Council!

City Council has a decision to make this month.  Let's encourage City Council to authorize the CodeNEXT teams to continue into a workshop phase where interdisciplinary teams infuse our adopted Image Austin priorities into all layers of the code and regulatory framework.  We cannot ignore the urgency of growth that, in the absence of a healthy regulatory system, threatens to apply destabilizing pressures on our community.

  Ways to get involved:
  1.  Attend the Community Advisory Group special public meeting Monday 6 October.  That meeting will take place 6 PM to 8 PM at the Milwood Branch Library (12500 Amherst Drive).   Through a collection of lively three-minute community presentations about code opportunities, it offers a great chance to get your voice heard.

  3.  Attend the City Council meeting 4PM on 23 October
