Design Voice 3x2 (DV3x2) 2023

The AIA Austin Design Voice Committee began the DV3x2 Internship program in 2009.  DV3x2 is an annual, week-long summer program that pairs professional architects, engineers and designers with high school students (grades 9-12) who are interested in learning more about the construction and design industry. Through three 2-hour sessions, students act as temporary interns: shadowing multiple firms; learning different perspectives; and gaining real-life field experience. Sessions vary from site tours and design charrettes to client meetings or shadowing a professional.

• DV 3x2 will run from 6/20-6/23/2023 (Tu-F). Registration is open now and closes at 5:00pm on June 2.
• DV 3x2 is open to any high school student. If you know a student/s that may be interested in participating, the application is here.
